In 2012, the Lenggong Valley was recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site through the tireless effort of Datuk Paduka Prof. Emeritius Dr. Zuraina Majid and her archaeological team. Distinct archaeological sites exist in relatively undisturbed and good condition. Several caves and historic entities are gems of cultural and national values, “irreplaceable sources of life and inspiration”.
With Nash’s guidance and local community cooperation, these treasures will be revealed to visitors, giving them a wealth of the archaeological heritage of our nation.
